So the new, three-tier system has been announced to simplify and standardise the rules COVID. It is an approach that Britain's Chief Medical Officer has confirmed will not work. But that's not all, there Chancellor has set out a winter plan that he has confirmed will fail too!!! Pie takes this news in the usual, calm manner.
